When installed, the four casters replace the leveling feet on the base of the EGG table or nest and allow the entire cooking station to be rolled to a new position on a flat indoor or outdoor surface. The two locking casters hold the station stationary during cooking sessions, and the two non-locking casters provide smooth, uninhibited rolling when the station is being repositioned.
