Priority Fast Service (Based on parts availability*)
FREE Rental mower during warranty period for repairs (see loaner program)
Discounted rental mower during non-warranty period for repairs (see loaner program)
*Under rare circumstances uncontrollable interruptions may lengthen turnaround time in service.

This program is non-transferable and for Gravely units only.
Program users that pivot from residential use to commercial use are reduced to only one free pickup yearly during Nov.15th-Feb. 15th.
The program is valid for commercial and residential mower used in residential settings with standard wear and normal operating conditions.
We have a full-service shop and repair every machine we sell in house; we do NOT outsource or send customers to another repair facility.
